Terms of Service

1. The service

ReelsAiMaker (“the service”, “we”) is a free web application at reelsaimaker.petrsolovarov.ru that lets TikTok users sign in with their TikTok account and send video files from their device to their own TikTok account through TikTok's official APIs. The service is operated by Petr Solovarov (petr.solovarov@gmail.com).

2. Who may use it

Anyone who has a TikTok account in good standing and is old enough to use TikTok and to agree to these Terms in their country (and in any case at least 16 years old) may use the service.

3. Your TikTok account

You sign in through TikTok Login Kit and authorize the permissions shown by TikTok. We act only on your instructions: we upload a video only when you choose a file and confirm sending. You can revoke access at any time in the app (“Disconnect & delete my data”) or in TikTok's settings.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos you upload, and you are solely responsible for them. You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload them to TikTok and that they comply with the law and with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We do not claim any rights to your content and use it only to deliver it to TikTok on your behalf.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, to access accounts you are not authorized to use, to overload or attack the service, or to circumvent TikTok's rules or limits. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.

6. TikTok

ReelsAiMaker is an independent service and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by TikTok. TikTok decides how uploaded videos are processed, and your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's terms.

7. No warranty, limitation of liability

The service is provided free of charge “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost content or lost profits arising from the use of the service or of third-party platforms.

8. Privacy

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms; the current version is always on this page with its effective date. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your data in the app. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice on this website.
